Search By Part Number To Get The Correct Laptop Screen

A mistake that a lot of people make is ordering a Replacement Laptop Screen without knowing the part number. It is very common for a particular model of laptop to have one of two different types of screen installed so when you receive the other one, it will be a waste of time and money. These panels cannot be swapped and changed so it is vital to select the correct screen first time.

The best way to do this is by looking at the part number on the back of the old screen. This will be on a sticker and provide the manufacturers name, size and type of panel. For instance an LTN156AT01 Laptop Screen tells you it was made by Samsung (LTN) it is a 15.6″ panel (156) and the type (AT01). With this definitive information it will be pretty difficult to go wrong when ordering a screen from Laptop Power UK.
